How fast will I get my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2 – 5 business days. International orders arrive anywhere between 7 – 15 business days.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day.

Can I return my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements on our returns page. 

We do not allow returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process here for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
